What you can build
The office tools are walls, doors, floors, paint, desks, and decorations. The published path runs from a garage to a Headquarters. A walkthrough of the opening tutorial also mentions placing walls, a door, and floor colour mats before the first hire.
Furniture prices and room counts are not on the listing. Session guides add these capacity notes:
| Space | What was reported |
|---|---|
| Garage | Starting workplace in 2007. One guide says it holds two desks |
| Small Office | $150,000 in two guides, raising capacity to six desks. One of those guides also requires two more device launches and $400,000 of sales. Read the upgrade panel |
| Headquarters | The top of the published building path. No public price |
What to build first
- Keep the garage until one phone has live sales and a review.
- Add the desk and chair the next hire will actually use.
- Move to the Small Office when the panel's price and any launch requirements are both met, and wages still fit.
- Push toward Headquarters only when research is not being paused to pay for rooms.
- Leave a cash reserve. Automatic saving means a decorative spend is already kept.
Paint and extra decorations are not described as a critic-score bonus. If you are choosing between a new room and the next research year, the research year is what unlocks tablets, watches, earbuds, foldables, or laptops.
Auto-Hire fills empty desks. An empty desk is that pass's condition, not a reason to clutter the garage before the first phone sells. See places for the garage and Headquarters entries.
